We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP System Manager to oversee and drive the continuous development and optimization of our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background as an SAP consultant and demonstrate strong ownership of the system roadmap, process alignment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-border teams.
This is a strategic role that combines deep technical SAP expertise with strong business process understanding and communication skills.
Your Mission:
As our SAP System Manager, you will:
Act as the system owner of SAP by owning and managing the SAP roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company’s business strategy and evolving future needs.
Drive development and improvement initiatives across SAP modules (FICO, MM, PP, SD), ensuring system scalability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, working closely with both internal users and external partners.
Serve as the key point of contact for service providers, ensuring effective communication, seamless coordination, and successful system integration.
Ensure SAP processes support and reflect business needs, working closely with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, production, and sales.
Train and support key users in system functionality and best practices.
What You Bring:
Solid experience as an SAP Consultant or System Manager, with a proactive, hands-on mindset
Expertise in SAP FICO, with working knowledge of MM, PP, and SD modules
Strong understanding of industrial business processes and how SAP can be leveraged to support and improve them
Proven ability to lead system roadmaps and take full ownership of enterprise platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working with international SAP partners is a strong advantage
Fluency in English is essential; Finnish skills are a plus
