Tehtävässä vastaat ketjuorganisaation kasvun varmistamisesta ja kehittämisestä sekä myyntitoiminnan jatkuvasta kehityksestä yhdessä yrittäjäverkostomme kanssa. Tehtävänkuvaus:

Myyntipäällikkönä toimit ketjun kasvun moottorina ja keskeiset työtehtäväsi painottuvat uusasiakashankintaan sekä uusien yrittäjien rekrytointiin. Olet asiantunteva myynnin tukipilari yrittäjille, osallistut myyntivalmennuksiin ja huolehdit sopimusprosessien sujuvuudesta – sekä asiakas- että yrittäjärajapinnassa. Vastaat haltuunottosuunnitelmien toteutuksesta ja tuotannon käynnistämisestä. Laadit sopimus- ja kauppakirjoja, suunnittelet myyntikampanjoita sekä varmistat hinnoittelun ja mitoituksen kannattavuuden. Tuet yrittäjiä myynnissä valmentavalla otteella ja tunnistat uusia myyntimahdollisuuksia myös muille palvelulinjoille. Lisäksi osallistut tiimipalavereihin, raportointiin ja prosessien kehittämiseen sekä ennakoit työturvallisuutta yhdessä muun tiimin kanssa. Toimipisteesi sijaitsee pääkonttorillamme Helsingin Pitäjänmäellä, jonka lisäksi työ sisältää matkustamista yrittäjiemme luokse (PKS-alueella, Lahdessa, Hämeenlinnassa, Turussa ja Tampereella).

Etsimme henkilöä, jolla on vahva kaupallinen ajattelutapa, hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot ja aito kiinnostus yrittäjyyden tukemiseen.

  • Muutaman vuoden kokemusta palvelualalta, erityisesti myynnin ja asiakaspalvelun tehtävistä
  • Soveltuvaa koulutusta – siivous- tai kaupallinen ala katsotaan eduksi

  • Sujuva suomen ja englannin kieli on työssäsi tärkeää

You will work on

Finance Trainees will work with basic operational finance tasks that vary between teams. GFS Finance Trainees process daily finance transactions relating e.g. to vendors, customers, master data, assets, lease assets, payments, journal entries and integrations. You may support projects, perform ad hoc type of tasks and perform selected finance close and reporting tasks. In this role you will work closely with GFS colleagues, vendors, customers and other internal stakeholders.

Your role in our team

  • Ensure fit for purpose and efficient ERP solutions delivery in your area

Your role in our team

  • Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Perform essential checks and controls to confirm month-end inventory volumes and manage the period-end inventory valuation process for designated business units and legal entities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Conduct monthly reporting on inventories and provide insightful ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
  • System & Process Improvement: Participate in system development and testing within the inventory valuation area. You’ll identify improvement needs in the inventory process area, contributing to development projects and helping to develop common working procedures and instructions in cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Support & Collaboration: Escalate system errors from an end-user perspective to the Key User and Solution Manager. You’ll also prepare audit materials and support auditors with inventory-related inquiries, and provide support to new team members.

Keys to success in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, industrial engineering or similar relevant field
  • Proven experience in inventory accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role in manufacturing business
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and inventory valuation methods

  • Experience in SAP FICO and relevant reporting tools skills

Haemme kokenutta työpäällikköä korjausrakentamiseen pääkaupunkiseudulle

Laaja korjausrakentamisen osaamisemme kattaa aluekehitykseen liittyvän korjausrakentamisen, peruskorjausurakat ja korjausrakentamisen osana kiinteistökehitystä. Asiakkaan ja käyttäjän tarpeet ovat korjausrakentamisen projektiemme lähtökohta ja otetaan huomioon jo korjausrakentamisen suunnittelussa. Luotettava, vastuullinen ja laadukas toiminta urakan alusta loppuun on työmaaorganisaatiomme parhainta osaamista. Korjausrakentamisemme vaativat ja mielenkiintoiset projektit sijaitsevat pääkaupunkiseudulla useimmiten keskusta-alueilla, joissa jokainen hanke on yksilöllinen.

Työpäällikkönä johdat nimettyjen projektiesi tuotantoa ja toimit työmaatoimihenkilöiden esihenkilönä. Vastaat osaltasi yksikön projektinjohtourakoinnista ja hankkeiden tuloksellisuudesta. Vastuullasi on tarjouslaskenta, työmaiden tuotannon, talouden ja aikataulun hallinta, sovitut aliurakkahankinnat, raportointi, laatujärjestelmän mukainen toiminta ja kehittäminen. Sinulla vahva, vähintään 5 vuoden kokemus korjausrakentamisen projektinjohto- ja/tai yhteistoiminnallisesta urakoinnista työpäällikön/projektipäällikön tehtävässä. Odotamme sinulta tehtävään soveltuvaa koulutusta (DI/Ins) ja vähintään hyvää englannin kielen taitoa, työpäällikön tutkinto katsotaan eduksesi.

Tässä avainroolissa tarvitaan tuotanto- ja urakkalaskentakokemusta sekä hyviä neuvottelu- ja esihenkilötaitoja.
