About the role

We are looking for a talented and committed individual to join our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit! In this role, you will work at the forefront of digital innovation – using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot as a key platform to enhance digital customer experiences and drive smarter marketing strategies. We are also pursuing personalization efforts and AI to enhance customer value. Responsibilities:

  • You are a super user of our marketing automation tool HubSpot, and pursue ways to enhance our efforts on this platform
  • You will help developing and configuring our marketing automation platform and have proficiency in areas such as data analysis, data modelling, data cleaning and data correction
  • Help onboarding new users and support our marketing automation specialists in the B2B and B2C area
  • Analyze Marketing and CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Pursue efforts to use our customer data platform to enhance segmentation and marketing automation opportunities. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate Fortum customer data and other data sources into HubSpot for activation
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to identify development opportunities


About you

  • To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree holder in computer science, marketing or another relevant field
  • +4 years of experience within a HubSpot/Salesforce Specialist or similar role
  • You are both structured and have an innovative mindset, thriving in the sweet spot between business and technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Marketing automation/CRM software and related tools.
  • HubSpot Training Certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and curious to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • HubSpot architecture knowledge is highly considered
  • Fluent skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge about data platforms (Azure, AWS) and their main tools (Databricks, Data Lake, DataFactory, Delta Lake) is considered an advantage.

About the role

As a Financial Master Data SME, R2R, you will lead the development of financial master data management processes within Fortum’s finance function. You will have a key role in shaping and implementing new master data practices and tools as part of Fortum’s ERP renewal program over the coming years. Your responsibility is to ensure that master data is accurate, aligned with business needs, and compliant with global standards and policies.

Working closely with business and functional stakeholders, you will drive improvements and enable high-quality data governance throughout the organization.

  • Wind, solar PV, civil, EPCs, BESS and Grid disciplines center of excellence for our wind and solar business unit through full project value chain.

  • Engineering and technical specification of all solar PV, wind and hybrid projects.

  • Techno-economic optimization and continuous competitive technical value-added implementations for our projects​.

  • Center of excellence for engineering and quality assurance from EPC, wind, solar and BESS procured goods supervision​.

  • Wind, Solar PV, BESS, EPC, BOS and BOP supplier’s technology assessments and partnering evaluation, technical contracts negotiations and selection supervision​.

  • Active co-operation with industry partners RDI and technology teams.

About the role

As a Senior Platform Engineer, IGA you’ll be at the heart of managing and optimizing Fortum’s core authentication and collaboration environment. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on development in modern IGA & PAM solutions, installing, configuring, deploying, developing, and optimizing these solutions. You’ll be the go-to person for operating the IGA & PAM solutions and developing workflows for identity lifecycle management. Plus, you’ll manage and maintain together with the rest of the squad our Microsoft hybrid identity environments and support and optimize Microsoft hybrid Exchange environments.

This role is all about collaboration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our IAM and M365 services run smoothly. About you 

We’re looking for someone with the following: 

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

  • A good understanding of IAM/IDM processes.
  • Hands-on experience with LinuxOS and shell scripting, as well as PowerShell for AD & EntraID.
  • A solid understanding of networks.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or on-prem datacenter environments.
  • ITSM integration knowledge (ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
