We are now looking for a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Corporate Services Sourcing team.
Kemira Sourcing drives the company’s strategic spend management through the identification of suppliers, negotiation and contract management as well as the management of supplier relationships in order to ensure optimum service performance. Corporate Services Sourcing team is focused on function related spend and working e.g. with internal stakeholders in IT, Finance, R&D and HR. Corporate Services is part of the Indirect Sourcing spend at Kemira. This position is located in the Kemira headquarters in Helsinki Salmisaari.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Run the overall RFx process including RFx creation and analysis, negotiation, contracting, and supplier scoring and selection focusing mainly on IT and consultancy categories.
- Managing selected sourcing projects efficiently by gaining stakeholder trust and respect by delivering results in the means of contracts and savings.
- Taking care of selected supplier relationships in order to ensure they deliver sustainable service, performance and value.
- Looking for continuous improvement in supplier data quality and cost efficiency.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Experience of Sourcing, Category Management or Procurement. Minimum of 3 years of experience. IT Sourcing experience is considered a benefit.
- Contracting and negotiation experience.
- Skills and experience in supplier and stakeholder management.
- Experience with eSourcing tools is desired.
- Can do attitude with the ability to learn.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance from a four-year college or university.
