Miten tekoäly auttaa työnhaussa?

Aikuiset, etsiessään töitä, kirjoittavat CV:n. Se sisältää heidän taidot ja kokemukset. Heidän on myös kirjoitettava hakemuskirje. Siinä selitetään, miksi haluaa juuri tuon työn.

Tekoäly voi auttaa esimerkiksi:

Mutta muista: tekoäly ei tiedä, millainen ihminen sinä oikeasti olet. Se ei tunne sinun unelmiasi tai kokemuksiasi. Siksi on tärkeää, että luet ehdotukset läpi ja muokkaat niitä niin, että ne kuulostavat sinulta.

Tekoäly on työkalu, ei taikakone.

ChatGPT on yksi tunnetuimmista tekoälyistä. Sen kanssa voi jutella kuin ystävän kanssa. Se voi antaa neuvoja, mutta ei tee kaikkea puolestasi. Ajattele, että tekoäly on kuin polkupyörän apupyörät – se tukee ja auttaa, mutta sinä olet se, joka polkee ja päättää, minne mennään.

– Haastattelussa voit myös kysyä itse. Tekoäly voi auttaa sinua keksimään hyviä kysymyksiä yrityksestä tai työstä.

About your role

Are you an innovative professional with a passion for digital information lifecycle management? Join our forward-thinking and development-minded team at Orion! We are seeking a dynamic Solution Expert to support our digital information lifecycle management initiatives, focusing on document and records management, long-term preservation, and digital archiving.

As a key member of our Document Management & Archive team, you will help create and execute information lifecycle management processes. Your role will involve mastering our archiving solutions, leveraging in-depth knowledge of document management processes and systems, and providing exceptional support to key users across the organization.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses expertise in document management, archiving and metadata management, and can harness the power of AI to drive innovation in information lifecycle management and digital archiving. You will work as a technical and process expert in document lifecycle management, provide also second-level technical support, and collaborate seamlessly with other team members and vendor support teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation and configuration of the document management system and associated processes and practices.
  • Contribute to digital information lifecycle management processes and practices at Orion group level, including long-term preservation and accessibility practices for digital records.
  • Provide expertise for managing the entire lifecycle of records/documents, from creation and active use to archiving and eventual disposal.
  • Develop and implement digital archiving policies, procedures and governing documents in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain digital archives, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of digital records.
  • Support operations in e-archive, archives, and information management, advise and train key stakeholders in archive issues with the document management system.
  • Work with classification structures, archive deliveries, organization, inventory, disposal, and staff training.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on digital archives.
  • Act as an Application Manager for the eArchive. Provide backup support for the document management system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the systems.

This is a full-time position located either in Espoo or Turku, and we also support hybrid working model. This position reports to Service Manager & Team Lead, Document Management & Archive.

Our expectations

To succeed in this position, we expect you to have the following:

  • Relevant degree in e.g. Information Science, Library Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing the digital information life cycle and converting processes to born-digital formats.
  • Technical knowledge with experience in digital archiving and document management.
  • Knowledge of digital archiving standards and best practices (e.g. OAIS), metadata XML and packaging standards.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and records/documents lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in specific software such as:

    • Document Management Systems: OpenText xECM, SharePoint, Documentum
    • Digital Archiving Tools: OpenText InfoArchive
    • Database Management: SQL, Oracle

  • Collaboration and communication skills, positive ”can do” attitude as well as taking responsibility.
  • Team and business first mindset, ability to work, collaborate and communicate effectively with various cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Working level language skills in Finnish and English.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry is considered as an advantage.
  • Certification in digital archiving or document management is considered as an advantage.
