About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing daily Service Desk tasks, including ticket handling, user account management, and system maintenance. Work tasks
- Processing and resolving tickets
- Creating and managing user accounts in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Maintaining and developing daily Service Desk operations
- Collaborating with various stakeholders
- Basic IT system maintenance
- Setting up and managing physical devices, such as laptops (Mac and PC)
We are looking for
- Previous experience in Service Desk roles, either through internships or 1-2 years of work experience
- Strong written documentation skills
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international environment
- Experience with Microsoft, Linux, Jira, AWS, Azure, or cybersecurity (e.g., monitoring)
- Knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, or French
