Senior Specialist, Sales Systems and Controlling, International and Sweden

In this role you are in important position by ensuring that sales systems support effective financial forecast process, you’ll develop common sales systems and ensure that rebate and price process flows smoothly in your responsibility area. You are also contributing on finance operations support in Fazer subsidiaries Internationally and managing and monitoring credit controls in your responsibility area. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Finance, Logistics and KAMs in commercial teams. In this role you’ll report to Director, Finance & Business Controlling, Group Commercial Organisation (GCO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning, managing and developing Rebate process (trade spend process)
- Updating and monitoring SAP customer prices and developing the price process
- Customer credit control and account receivables monitoring
- Developing GCO Sales systems and acting as SAP IBP Super user
- Finance operations support for Fazer subsidiaries Internationally (Eg. Fazer Poland).
The position can be located in Stockholm, Sweden or Vantaa Finland. We work mainly onsite. The position requires travelling occasionally.

What you’ll bring to the team
You have already gained some experience in finance processes and accounting and finance systems. You have strong analytical skills and you manage well complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. You are a positive team player with proactive and self-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills. You have hands-on, process-oriented and organized approach and you plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. You are eager to learn, bring up your own ideas and dare to challenge the existing practices. You are good with modern finance technology and tools, especially knowledge of SAP / SAP IBP, Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI is an advantage. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, Finnish skills are beneficial for the role. Your proficiency is based on a suitable bachelor’s or master’s degree.
