Role Overview:
As a junior SAP Data Consultant in Accenture’s Nordic SAP Business Group, you will be an integral part of our team supporting our clients SAP transformation projects through acting as a Functional Expert in the Data Migration and/or Data Governance areas. You will work closely with clients, translating their business and functional requirements into SAP design documents and overseeing solution delivery. Your strong business process knowledge, combined with your in-depth expertise will be key to designing effective and efficient solutions for our clients.
Example project roles:
- Advise clients on their data transformation strategies, driving value creation through the positioning of SAP enabled solutions as well as leading solutions from SAP partners and Accenture
- Be part of the data migration stream of an S/4HANA transformation, working with colleagues in delivery centers to execute on their data transformation and data upload strategies
- Work with clients on their transformational journey, by implementing Master Data Governance strategy and processes, following SAP best practices and Accenture’s proven ways of working

Qualification
Must have:
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration and/or Data Governance
- Multiple years of experience with team leadership and/or project management on S/4HANA or other SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Passion about SAP, innovation and delivery of the latest technologies to your clients
- Very good understanding of Master Data models, methods and standards
- Hands-on experience in working with SAP technologies within MDG, Data Quality, Data Management and/or Data Migration
- Experience of the full project lifecycle including estimating, planning and delivering a solution end-to-end
- Deep business & industry experience in one or more industries
- Strong resonance with Accenture’s values
- Motivation, persistence, eagerness to optimize and drive for excellence
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility and to be a team player
- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to address technical and non-technical audiences in English
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree
Very nice to have:
- Nordic (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish) language spoken
- An SAP certification in a relevant area
- Specific knowledge in a functional or business process area within SAP
- Deep skills in Data Transformation tools and activities
- Extensive experience with Data Quality and/or Data Cleansing tools and activities
