Your role
As a Finance Transformation Consultant, you’ll help leading organizations rethink how their finance functions operate and deliver value. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic advisory with operational execution, contributing to initiatives that shape the future of finance. In this role, you will:
- Support CFOs and finance teams in transforming their operating models and processes
- Work on both standalone finance initiatives and broader transformation programs, e.g. ERP related projects or shared services setups
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to identify and address finance-related challenges, from process inefficiencies to reporting gaps
- Bring hands-on expertise, offering practical insights to transformation initiatives, e.g. on chart of account renewal, reporting changes or redesigning finance processes and business controlling tasks.
Your profile
- You are either about to graduate from university or have up to a few years of professional experience in consulting, finance, controlling, or a related field
- You hold a master’s degree in business, economics, or a similar discipline, with a major or minor in Accounting or Controlling
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a passion for solving complex problems and thrive in collaborative environments and show initiative in driving results
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and Finnish, written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.
In addition, we value:
- Practical experience in finance processes, with a working understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) from a user or functional standpoint

Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Helsinki office in Ruoholahti, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
