Your Mission

As a Retail & Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall operations of the salon – from sales and day-to-day operations to team leadership and brand presence. You’ll take on both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, always with a growth mindset, constantly seeking new ways to drive loyalty and growth.
You will:
- Represent the brand’s values in every interaction – internally and externally
- Ensure that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience aligned with Rapunzel’s concept
- Take part in the daily operations in the salon
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, influencers, salons, and partners
- Lead, coach, and develop your team with clarity, warmth, and inspiration
- Drive sales and performance, working with key metrics to reach ambitious goals
- Oversee efficient operations – including stock management and scheduling
- Take ownership of the salon’s social media content and strengthen the brand’s visibility and relevance, particularly in the Finnish market
- Have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring the salon maintains high visual and aesthetic standards
You’ll also be a key player in Rapunzel’s future – with the opportunity to influence our concept and expansion on a strategic level.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with experience in hairdressing and managing a store or salon. You are a person, who loves working with people, brands, and business in one and the same role. Hairdressing training and experience is a strong advantage, because you will participate in the daily work in the store, making clients dreams come true in the salon.
You bring:
- Proven experience in leadership and sales
- A strong interest in beauty, brand experiences, and digital communication
- The ability to create customer loyalty through trust and presence
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to help both people and business grow
- A structured approach to work and confidence in decision-making
- A strong sense for service, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus
