We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager who is passionate about driving positive change within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives across all organization.

The Quality Manager will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, developing action plans, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement action plans and corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and track quality performance throughout the organization.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing quality improvement initiatives, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
  7. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality management and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
  9. Communicate quality objectives, progress, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on driving change and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in semiconductor industry is considered as a benefit.
  3. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  5. Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality tools and methodologies.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  8. Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
