Join Our Team: Test Automation engineer
At XMLdation, a niche global software product company, we sell Payments Testing solutions to some of the world’s most renowned financial institutions. We are looking for a test automation engineer to work with our highly skilled development team. This is a hybrid role, and the office is in Tampere city centre, Finland.
About the Role:
- Test Automation: Work with development and DevOps to put a robust framework in place for test automation.
- Testing: Expand the suite of tests for the XMLdation product.
- Mentoring: Train and mentor the development and services team to build their own tests.
Who You Are:
- A proactive problem solver, with experience in test automation
- Someone who can understand requirements, and plan tests
- Proficient in writing tests
- Proficient in API and UI test automation technologies
- Keen to automate everything and think about the whole development and release process from a testing point of view
- Experience in testing microservices
- A team player who can also work independently
- Some knowledge on any of these topics will be a plus: financial messaging, payments, cloud SaaS products
