We at Clevry are looking for a Product Manager for our client, based in their Espoo office. This is a full-time and permanent contract, employed via Clevry. The starting date is as soon as the right candidate is found.
As a Product Manager you’ll take operational ownership of our internal services, with a particular focus on our data platform. In this role, you will lead the work of a small data analytics / data engineering team, manage the product backlog, and ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently.
You will support business units and corporate functions (e.g. Finance, HR, IT) by providing tailored services and lead small projects from start to finish. You are familiar with modern software development practices (Scrum, Agile) and have worked on related projects. A background in software development is a plus, as is an understanding of continuous service evolution post-deployment.
Ideal candidates have minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience and are eager to grow into a broader product management role in a dynamic environment.
We will discuss the details of the client company with candidates personally during the first stage of the recruitment process.
Main tasks
- Manage the daily work of a small data engineering team

We expect
- Strong communication skills in English (Finnish & Swedish is a plus)
- 2-4 years relevant experience from Project/Product management in the fields of data and engineering
- Some knowledge of Databricks and Azure or similar cloud technology
- Good stakeholder management skills (internal & external)
- Good collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Hands-on experience building & owning an enterprise data platform
- Experience on master data management and tools
- Knowledge of data catalogs and governanace
- Knowledge of ETL tools
