Creators is seeking a Product Engineer to join client’s Product Engineering team located in Hyrylä, Tuusula. The employment relationship will be between you and Creators. This is a fixed-term position with an estimated duration of 10-12 months.
This team is responsible for the technical aspects of product lines, including the technical ownership of standard products. In this role, you will be responsible for wastewater treatment products and development projects. You will report to the Product Engineering Manager and play an important role in developing client’s business and designing its future solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating testing and testing of wastewater equipment at the Hyrylä test facility
- Reporting test results
- Communicating with various stakeholders and equipment suppliers
- Monitoring the progress of development projects and reporting to Product Line Management
Keys to success:
To succeed in this role, you should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in chemical, process, or environmental engineering. You should have experience, for example, in laboratory work within the chemical industry and with test equipment. Good problem-solving skills related to process equipment, including pumps, blowers, instruments, piping, and electrical & automation, are essential. Familiarity with CAD and PDM tools is also required. Proficiency in English, excellent collaboration and information-sharing skills, and being a proactive, well-organized, and outgoing team player with a can-do attitude are crucial for this role.
Nice to have:
It would be beneficial to have experience with Creo/Windchill and experience communicating with component suppliers. Finnish language skills and knowledge of the marine environment, onboard systems, solutions, and delivery projects are also desirable.
