What You’ll Be Doing
This position is full-time and permanent. You’ll be working as part of a 10-person team in a flexible hybrid work model. Our team is spread across multiple locations, so your home base can be any of our offices in Finland!
What We Are Looking For
- Have prior experience with Mepco, either as a Mepco superuser or through working on Mepco implementations
- Have gained relevant experience in the implementation of other payroll or HR systems and possibly prior industry experience
- As a plus you might also have previous experience or background in accounting office, municipal sector application specialist roles or a strong background in payroll administration.
A proactive attitude toward serving customers in the best possible way, taking responsibility for your work, and a genuine enthusiasm for developing and maintaining your expertise are at the core of this role. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, is open to stepping outside their comfort zone, and tackles uncertainty with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
We value your ability to identify key aspects and solutions for various issues and to present them in a clear and easily understandable way. The ability to grasp system-wide concepts is crucial in this role.
The position requires excellent Finnish and English skills, while Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
