We are now looking for a Procurement Specialist to assist the Procurement team in Lappeenranta, Finland, with purchasing electrical components.
As a Procurement specialist, you will
- Place purchase orders based on received purchase requisitions
- Co-operate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Manage the inquiry process for non-priced items
- Follow up purchase orders and order confirmations
- Handle supplier invoices
- Update and maintain the procurement plans
To succeed
- Electrical know-how
- A higher degree study background in electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering or a related field
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on specific tasks
- Combined technical and business mindset
- Good communication skills in English and Finnish
- SAP experience is an advantage
