We are looking for an enthusiastic Planning Administrator or someone eager to grow into a Planning Engineer role to join hyperscale data center construction project. We use tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Navisworks. While experience with all of these is not required, we are open to training candidates with strong communication and IT skills who are motivated to develop into a Planner role.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning team in coordinating project schedules and documentation
- Assist in the use of planning tools and software to track project progress
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to gather and organize project data
- Learn and apply planning methodologies under the guidance of senior planners
- Contribute to the development of digital workflows and planning processes
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience in engineering or construction projects is beneficial
- Understanding of commercial and contractual matters is an advantage
- Familiarity with BIM or digital construction tools is a plus
- Strong logical thinking and ability to work in a structured, organized manner
- Excellent communication and IT skills
