We distribute Kia and Mitsubishi brands in Finland and in the future we will also offer a whole range of other products and services focused on mobility such as car subscription and car sharing, supported by a self-developed digital platform.

THE ROLE:

As a Parts Specialist your mission is to ensure that customers receive the right parts efficiently while fostering strong relationships with both customers and suppliers by providing excellent customer service, contributing to customer loyalty.

MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory Management: Overseeing the inventory of automotive parts, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and that parts are readily available to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries about parts, providing expert advice on compatibility and usage, and helping to resolve any issues related to orders or returns.
  • Order Processing: Managing the order fulfillment process, including taking orders, processing them efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers or dealerships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Staying updated on automotive technology and product specifications to effectively communicate with customers and assist with their needs.
  • Supplier Relations: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality and timely supply of parts, as well as negotiating pricing and terms.
  • Sales Support: Supporting sales initiatives by providing accurate product information and promoting available parts to increase sales.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and sales, as well as ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field (e.g. Automotive Engineering, Technology)
  • Automotive Industry: Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in parts sales, service, or repair, is highly beneficial.
  • Customer Service: Experience in a customer-facing role helps develop the necessary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales: Background in sales can be advantageous, especially in understanding sales techniques and customer needs.
  • Internships or Apprenticeships: Practical experience through internships or apprenticeship programs can provide valuable hands-on training.
  • Inventory Systems: Familiarity with inventory management software and order processing systems is preferred.
