We are looking for experienced OSS professionals who want to work in a modern telecom environment where automation, reliability, and continuous improvement truly make a difference. In this role, you will drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence across OSS systems. You will gain deep exposure to monitoring tools and multi-vendor telecom ecosystems in an Agile, DevOps-driven environment.
Your Role
In this position, you will ensure smooth operation of service fulfilment processes and telecom device configurations while taking part in modernizing critical OSS platforms. You’ll troubleshoot complex incidents, improve automation, and contribute code that keeps large-scale networks running reliably.
This is a chance to work at the heart of a large telecom ecosystem where your decisions directly influence delivery speed, platform reliability, and automation maturity. You’ll contribute to modernizing OSS platforms using containerization, cloud-native tools, and advanced monitoring, while collaborating closely with both development and operations teams.
Your work will include:

Monitoring fulfilment flows, activation pipelines, and device states

Investigating issues, running RCAs, implementing stable fixes

Reconciling and maintaining clean service inventory and config baselines

Enhancing tools and batch jobs using Java, Perl, and Groovy

Building dashboards that bring clarity to order flows, activations, and SLAs

Working daily with Network Engineering, Field Ops, OSS Architects, and vendors
The work location in Finland can be flexible.
What You Bring

Solid background in OSS fulfilment, activation flows, and O2A

Understanding of routing, QoS, MPLS, Ethernet, xDSL, and CPE provisioning

Hands-on experience with Java, Perl, SQL

Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ITIL practices

Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Finnish is advantageous

At least 3 years of residence in Finland (required for security clearance)
Beneficial experience includes router CLI exposure, TM Forum frameworks, Elastic/Grafana, and automation using Python or Ansible.
