Position summary:
As we expand our reach in Finland, Germany, and France, we’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our depression treatments across these countries, playing a key part in spreading awareness and helping those in need.

What will you do?
Marketing planning: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth in Finland, Germany, and France.
Content creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns tailored to each market.
Digital marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising to reach target audiences effectively.
Campaign management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Event coordination: Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
What we are looking for:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, working within healthcare or medical technology industries considered a plus.
Skills:
- Experience with content creation: Skilled at creating engaging content across different formats, keeping it consistent with the brand, and connecting with the audience.
- Proficiency and willingness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms: Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and social media platforms to manage and track marketing efforts.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving: Good at coming up with new ideas to improve our marketing activities such as assets and campaigns for the team to reach their goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
Able to clearly share ideas, work well with different teams, and effectively present ideas and plans to others. - Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English, with German and/or French language skills a significant advantage.
