We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused
IT Support Specialist
to join our on-site team at Raute’s Lahti office. This is a fixed-term parental leave replacement position from June to the end of October, with the possibility that the work will continue.
In this role you can be a student or in the final stages of your studies. We are also happy to offer you an internship.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
- Handle service requests & provide end-user support
- Manage new device setups (laptops & phones – installation & delivery)
- Keep track of tasks with a To-Do list and ensure smooth IT operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic IT knowledge & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & teamwork abilities
- A passion for technology and learning
- Fluent proficiency in Finnish and English
- Software Knowledge (must-have):
✅ Windows 10 & Windows 11
✅ Android & iOS
✅ Microsoft Office
✅ Web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
No prior experience? No problem! We’ll train you in key IT environments, including:
✅ Active Directory & Entra (AAD)
✅ Intune (Autopilot) for device management
✅ Teams & OneDrive for collaboration
✅ VPN troubleshooting & remote access
✅ ServiceNow for service requests
✅ Other IT support tools like Lansweeper
