We are now looking for a
IT PRODUCT EXPERT , FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT
to ma intain and operate business application s in the finance and procurement area to the Digital Enterprise team at Finnair Digital Unit . The most important business application in this area is SAP FICO but the area also includes applications like Coupa , TEM, Anaplan and their integrations with SAP FICO .
The Digital Enterprise team plays a crucial role in supporting Finnair’s Finance & Procurement, People & Culture and other Group Functions, as well as help ing to scale AI capabilities to meet the unique needs of the organization . This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Finnair team!
This position is located in Finnair HQ near Helsinki Airport or in Tartu, Estonia .
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Participates in creating, communicating and managing customer centric product roadmaps, projects and backlog together with Product Owner, Business Owners and Relevant Stakeholders
- Responsible for evaluating and delivering new functionalities and modules prioritized from the backlog in cooperation with the IT P roduct owner, business owners and other stakeholders . Acts as a solution subject matter expert understanding the business processes and information requirements
- Responsible for supporting the products in own area and creating relevant documents and instructions
- Takes part or supports maintaining and operating applications and integrations in own area
- Participate s in relationship management with vendors related to the product development and support together with internal key stakeholders
- Works proactively and closely together with other teams to ensure development of the product cross functionally. Coordinates support activities, incident follow- ups and problem management aiming to improve the product as well as processes and solutions impacted by the product
In this role you are expected to successfully cooperate with stakeholders from different levels and functions, and therefore, we expect you to have strong cooperation skills and ability to contribute to both technical and business discussion and decision making.
In addition to this, we wish to hear from you if you have:
- E xperience with SAP FICO from technical perspective, experience with other finance and procurement area applications is considered an advantage
- Experience i n IT Product Expert role or similar roles such as application specialist/expert
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge
