Join Our Team as an HR Specialist (System Implementation)! 

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Specialist (System Implementation) to join our team in Espoo! This six-month fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to support our HR system implementation project, including training, communication, and collaboration with our subsidiaries. You will also serve as a summer holiday substitute for our HR team and assist our group companies with various HR tasks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the HR system implementation project, including data migration, process and workflow development, interface integration, testing, and personnel training 
  • Maintain and update the HR section of the Group’s intranet 
  • Support to aligning and standardizing group-wide HR processes, practices, templates, and tools 
  • Contribute personnel and career events, manage daily tasks related to company premises, and assist with other service requests 
  • Perform additional tasks based on your skills and experience 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A minimum of a BSc degree in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field (MSc is a plus) 
  • Ideally, 2-4 years of experience in HR systems, with 1-2 years in a similar role 
  • A solid understanding of basic HR processes, preferably with international exposure in a group environment 
  • Strong hands-on experience with HR systems and their implementation 
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and in virtual environments 
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and ensure successful completion of tasks 
  • Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus
