Join Our Team as an HR Specialist (System Implementation)!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the HR system implementation project, including data migration, process and workflow development, interface integration, testing, and personnel training
- Maintain and update the HR section of the Group’s intranet
- Support to aligning and standardizing group-wide HR processes, practices, templates, and tools
- Contribute personnel and career events, manage daily tasks related to company premises, and assist with other service requests
- Perform additional tasks based on your skills and experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of a BSc degree in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field (MSc is a plus)
- Ideally, 2-4 years of experience in HR systems, with 1-2 years in a similar role
- A solid understanding of basic HR processes, preferably with international exposure in a group environment
- Strong hands-on experience with HR systems and their implementation
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and in virtual environments
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and ensure successful completion of tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus
