Tekoäly on työkalu, ei taikakone.

ChatGPT on yksi tunnetuimmista tekoälyistä. Sen kanssa voi jutella kuin ystävän kanssa. Se voi antaa neuvoja, mutta ei tee kaikkea puolestasi. Ajattele, että tekoäly on kuin polkupyörän apupyörät – se tukee ja auttaa, mutta sinä olet se, joka polkee ja päättää, minne mennään.

– Haastattelussa voit myös kysyä itse. Tekoäly voi auttaa sinua keksimään hyviä kysymyksiä yrityksestä tai työstä.

Muista aina tämä

Tekoäly voi olla tosi hyvä apuri, mutta tärkein asia työnhaussa olet sinä itse. Sinun persoonasi, sinun äänesi ja sinun kokemuksesi tekevät hakemuksesta oikeasti mielenkiintoisen. Tekoäly on vain työkalu, joka auttaa sinua loistamaan kirkkaammin.

Internal Health, Safety & Security Manager – Finland & Norway

Location: Finland (preferably near Helsinki)

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Health, Safety & Security Manager to join Finnkino’s Nordic operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead in shaping a culture of safety and security—ensuring legal compliance, operational excellence, and forward-thinking innovation in all aspects of health, safety, and food security. Your work will help create welcoming and secure cinema experiences for both guests and colleagues, in an environment where entertainment and responsibility go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

Your role and what you’ll be doing

As the HS&S Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all safety and security matters across cinemas and support offices in Finland and Norway. You’ll work closely with HS&S colleagues across other countries and report directly to the Group Head of Safety and Security based in the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring legal compliance in health, safety, and food safety across both countries
Advising senior management on HS&S strategy, performance, and risk mitigation
Implementing and maintaining Group standards and safety procedures
Leading audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Collaborating with local authorities on security and counter-terrorism
Supporting crisis management as a key regional team member
Monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for improvement
Facilitating cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing within the HS&S network
Overseeing coordination with occupational health services, including annual meetings and joint consultation sessions Internal

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in occupational health and safety, food safety, and security
Strong knowledge of relevant legal frameworks in Finland and/or Norway
Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish are required, and proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is considered a strong asset
Proficiency in MS Office tools
A proactive, people-first mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
