As Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for improving our financial operations: from better processes and clear tracking to accurate forecasting and daily execution. You’ll know what’s been paid (and why), keep everything on track, and support the team in making smart, informed decisions. Whether you’ve done this before or are eager to grow into the role, this is your chance to take real ownership of the financial side of a scaling company. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own and run all key finance routines, like payment approvals, cost tracking, invoicing, and revenue collection
- Coordinate with our external bookkeeping partner, making sure everything stays accurate and timely
- Build and improve pragmatic processes to keep things organized without overcomplicating
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for internal and board use
- Review and flag costs, track approvals, and keep an eye on ”who signed what”
- Oversee insurance and other financial compliance basics holistically (not just from one angle)
