Role description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- AI Integration: Develop and integrate AI and GenAI models into web applications to solve complex problems and enhance functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and developers in the Dynava LAB team, AI researchers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and industry standards.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, GenAI, and full stack development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong back-end development skills using languages such as Python, Node.js, and Java.
- Experience with AI and GenAI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT-3/4).
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Skill and experience in Azure are meritorious
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing integrations
- AI and GenAI Competence:
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Ability to fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work with parallel projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a tech-driven company.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in relevant fields.
- Skill and experience in Genesys CX platform integrations.
