We are seeking a hands-on Financial Manager (with potential to grow into CFO) to lead and professionalize its financial operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage both the daily financial operations and strategic financial initiatives, playing a pivotal role in enabling the company’s global scale-up and long-term goals, including fundraising and M&A readiness.’
This is a highly visible role with direct interaction with the CEO, board, investors, and commercial leaders. You’ll work across financial control, administration, reporting, and strategic planning – and eventually build and lead a finance team as the business grows.

Work tasks
Manage financial operations, strategic financial initiatives, and contribute to the company’s global scale-up and long-term goals, including fundraising and M&A readiness.
- Financial Operations: Oversee daily financial tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, receivables, cash flow, and monthly closings in line with Finnish and international standards.
- Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI/dashboard development to support strategic decisions and profitability analysis.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Prepare financial materials for investors and board, support funding rounds, and contribute to M&A and exit readiness.
- Systems & International Expansion: Manage and improve financial systems (Procountor, Odoo), streamline processes, and ensure financial scalability and compliance for international operations.
We are looking for
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar.
- 3+ years of financial management experience in a high-growth tech or industrial company.
- Track record in hands-on finance operations (reporting, invoicing, cash flow, budgeting).
- Experience in investor relations, fundraising support, or due diligence processes.
- Good knowledge of ERP/finance systems (Procountor and/or Odoo is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience working in international business environments, particularly Europe and North America.
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Understanding of Finnish accounting and compliance requirements.
- Ambition to grow into a CFO role in a scaling company.
