DMC Production Oy is looking for Financial Controller. The position is full-time and permanent. The Financial controller will be responsible for managing day to day financial processes and reporting for Finland in tight cooperation with Group Finance.
You will be located in our Helsinki office with main focus on DMC Production in Finland but you will also support on a DMC Group level and work in close co-operation with our Group Finance team (Norway). Your responsibilities include:
- Operational management of the company´s accounting and financial processes
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting, together with Group Finance and other process owner´s
- Work closely with other departments and support the Management Team to ensure the company’s financial success
- Ensure efficient processes are in place and liaise with company auditor and other relevant external parties.
- Analysis of financial performance including cash flow.
- A vision for the development of financial management functions Reports to CEO for DMC in Finland and Group CFO
We are looking for a person with an accurate and proactive work approach, will to take responsibilities and an interest to work as part of a finance team. To succeed in this role, you should have previous work experience from similar positions and a master’s or bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant area. The right candidate has strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, as well as possessing strong analytical and numerical skills. You are fluent in English and Finnish. Swedish and previous experience in Netsuite is considered advantages.
