FINANCE MANAGER – JYSK Finland
Role Overview
In this role, you are responsible for the entirety of the company’s financials — including P&L, balance sheet and the annual budget. You will support management with strategic insights and act as a trusted partner for retail operations, enabling profitable growth and solid financial governance. You will collaborate closely with JYSK’s international teams.
Key Responsibilities
As Finance Manager, you will act as the primary finance business partner to the Country Management Team, ensuring strong performance management, financial steering, and value creation across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of financial performance and accountability for the legal entity
- Strategic finance business partnering to country management
- Performance management and KPI development
- Financial reporting, compliance, and risk coordination
- Internal audit and salary responsibility (country scope)
- Country super user within reporting and planning solutions
- Leadership of the finance function, contributing to organizational culture and capability building
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, business partnering, or performance management — ideally in retail or similar operational environments
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and budgeting mechanics
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence
- Analytical, hands‑on, and execution‑focused mindset
- Advanced user of reporting and planning tools
- Preferably on an upward career trajectory rather than seeking a lateral move
