KONE Corporate Financial Controlling is the guardian of KONE’s financial compliance including group reporting, global record-to-report process and financial controlling of KONE’s Finnish legal entities. Within Corporate Financial Controlling organization, Group Reporting team oversees KONE’s global reporting and consolidation processes and the preparation of consolidated financial disclosures under IFRS working closely with management, business lines, country organizations and global functions supporting them by driving a financially sound business direction and providing relevant intelligence for decision-making.

Manager, Group Reporting
to join our skilled team.
In this role, you will manage efficient and high-quality financial reporting processes and contribute to the further development of our consolidation and reporting setup. The position is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with hands-on experience in IFRS reporting and consolidation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Maintain and develop group accounting and reporting policies in line with regulatory changes and business needs and control global financial reporting in accordance with them.
- Drive compliance with relevant financial reporting requirements for a listed company and participate in the implementation of new reporting standards.
- Work closely with the consolidation and reporting system and participate in the implementation of new financial reporting solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and support the global audit process.
- Contribute to finance-related workstreams in strategic initiatives, such as acquisitions, restructurings, and other complex transactions.
What we are looking for:
- 6-10 years of experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, or audit in a listed company environment.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and its application in group reporting and disclosures.
- Hands-on experience with group consolidation processes and finance systems with genuine interest in developing reporting technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A motivated and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning and high-quality output.
- Experience in managing audit processes and interacting with auditors.
- M.Sc. degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in M&A is considered as an asset.
The position will be tailored based on the selected candidate’s profile.
While we are working in a hybrid model, regular presence in the Espoo headquarters is essential.
