Finance and customer service specialist, Stora Enso Oyj – Tampere


Selfly Store Oy is a Finnish company owned by Stora Enso. Selfly Store develops and manufactures self-service technologies for the retail market, especially for B2C fresh food sales. It combines the traditional retail experience with the latest development in RFID, cloud and IoT technology to create a new way of serving consumers 24/7. Consumers are provided easy, convenient, and fun grab-and- go shopping experiences, while merchants are empowered with useful, real-time data. Selfly Store operates in over 20 countries across Europe.

Selfly store is now looking for a Finance & Customer Service Specialist to join our Selfly Store Operations team. This is a broad role that requires both strong knowledge in finance and experience from customer service. The location for the position is Helsinki or Tampere. Working from remote location is also okay.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll
  • Accounts receivables and payables
  • Accounting and reporting according to Finnish legislation and requirements
  • Budgeting and expense management
  • Sales and Delivery order management for products and services (sales, leasing, and rental)
  • Organizing and coordinating customer and internal logistics
  • Customer invoicing for HW sales and monthly subscriptions
  • Payment overdue follow-up and dept collection
  • Supplier invoice and claim management.
  • Operations reporting including but not limited to Intrastat.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you have robust understanding of finance principles to propel our business operations. We value accountability and the ability to act decisively with a hands-on approach. Your eagerness to embrace new systems, such as Odoo and expand your skill-set is vital. This role requires an organized and service-driven mindset as you will oversee a broad range of responsibilities, effectively manage partnerships, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. An entrepreneurial spirit is key. You should thrive in a fast-paced setting, readily adapting to changes and navigating the uncertainties of a start-up business. We see that you have previous experience from finance, controlling or reporting processes as well as knowledge of Finnish accounting regulations and processes. Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and knowledge of financial tools (Odoo), Fluency in MS Office tools and data analytics skills​.
