Oletko koskaan kuullut sanan tekoäly? Se voi kuulostaa vähän pelottavalta – ihan kuin robotti tulisi viemään paikkamme. Mutta ei hätää! Tekoäly ei korvaa meitä ihmisiä. Se on ennemminkin vähän kuin viisas kaveri, joka osaa antaa hyviä vinkkejä ja auttaa meitä tekemään asioita paremmin.

Kuvittele, että sinulla on koulussa läksy, jonka tekeminen on tosi hankalaa. Ystäväsi voi neuvoa sinua, mutta sinä itse kirjoitat vastaukset vihkoon. Tekoäly toimii samalla tavalla. Se voi ehdottaa sanoja tai järjestää ajatuksia, mutta sinä päätät, mitä kirjoitat.

Miten tekoäly auttaa työnhaussa?

Aikuiset, etsiessään töitä, kirjoittavat CV:n. Se sisältää heidän taidot ja kokemukset. Heidän on myös kirjoitettava hakemuskirje. Siinä selitetään, miksi haluaa juuri tuon työn.

Tekoäly voi auttaa esimerkiksi:

-Miten asiat laitetaan selkeään järjestykseen
-Miten parantaa tekstiä niin, että se kuulostaa sujuvalta
-Se voi antaa ideoita, mitä asioita kannattaa nostaa esille

Mutta muista: tekoäly ei tiedä, millainen ihminen sinä oikeasti olet. Se ei tunne sinun unelmiasi tai kokemuksiasi. Siksi on tärkeää, että luet ehdotukset läpi ja muokkaat niitä niin, että ne kuulostavat sinulta.

Tekoäly on työkalu, ei taikakone.

ChatGPT on yksi tunnetuimmista tekoälyistä. Sen kanssa voi jutella kuin ystävän kanssa. Se voi antaa neuvoja, mutta ei tee kaikkea puolestasi. Ajattele, että tekoäly on kuin polkupyörän apupyörät – se tukee ja auttaa, mutta sinä olet se, joka polkee ja päättää, minne mennään.

Viisi helppoa vinkkiä, miten tekoälyä voi käyttää työnhaussa:

1. CV:n rakentaminen 

Tekoäly voi ehdottaa, mitä asioita kannattaa laittaa alkuun, jotta ne näkyvät heti.

2. CV:n muokkaaminen eri töihin.

Jokainen työ on hieman erilainen. Tekoäly voi auttaa löytämään juuri ne taidot, joita tarvitaan.

3. Hakemuskirjeen kirjoittaminen.

Jos aloitus tuntuu hankalalta, tekoäly voi ehdottaa kiinnostavia ideoita.

4. Työhaastattelun harjoittelu.

Tekoäly voi kysyä sinulta kysymyksiä. Voit harjoitella vastauksiasi etukäteen.

5. Kysymysten keksiminen haastattelijalle

– Haastattelussa voit myös kysyä itse. Tekoäly voi auttaa sinua keksimään hyviä kysymyksiä yrityksestä tai työstä.

Muista aina tämä

Tekoäly voi olla tosi hyvä apuri, mutta tärkein asia työnhaussa olet sinä itse. Sinun persoonasi, sinun äänesi ja sinun kokemuksesi tekevät hakemuksesta oikeasti mielenkiintoisen. Tekoäly on vain työkalu, joka auttaa sinua loistamaan kirkkaammin.

 


Valio International Food Solutions Sales is part of BU Powders, which is part of Valio’s Growth Businesses and R&D corporate function. The main function of Valio’s International Food Solution Sales is to:

  • Develop international B2B sales and ensure the best value for Valio’s ingredient- and value-added ingredient-portfolios

  • Manage and develop customer relationships for outstanding customer experience

  • Provide professional and high standard export processes of Valio’s products to our customers

We have a customer-centric sales team of Account Managers and Customer Development Managers as well as a Customer Care team to manage order-to-cash process for our international customers and subsidiaries. 

Now we are looking for Export Coordinator – Customer Care team, permanent position, starting 1.11.2025.

Valio is the biggest food exporter in Finland. Valio’s International Food Solution Sales team is serving industrial and retail customers in 50 different countries.  As an Export Coordinator you will have a key role in creating value for customers through Valio’s export process. Export Coordinator works independently, but in close cooperation with Account Managers and Customer Development Managers and other Valio functions and subsidiaries. Together they take care of the named customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service. The Valio HQ is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.  

Your key responsibilities as an Export Coordinator:

  • Responsibility of order-to-cash process; planning of global customer deliveries for our export markets

  • Preparing relevant shipping documentation, electronic customs clearance and invoicing

  • Proactive daily communication with international customers, subsidiaries, production, categories, R&D and external stakeholders e.g. authorities and logistic companies

  • Active anticipation, monitoring and rapid response to customers’ needs

  • Handling of customer feedback with production and R&D

  • Assisting in opening new markets and export requirements for international trade

  • Contributing to development initiatives, projects and piloting when needed


We are looking for candidates with following characteristics:

  • A proactive and innovative approach to work, problem solving skills and flexibility in different situations, ability to question the status quo

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in English and Finnish, other languages are considered as an advantage

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills even when working with tight schedules

  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of the team

  • Knowledge and experience in international trade and operations, especially food export requirements can be seen as an asset

  • Experience with the usage of SAP is appreciated

  • Experience in B2B customer service

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or other relevant field
