We at Clevry are now seeking an Executive Assistant for our client, NG Nordic Finland Oy. This is a full-time, permanent position with direct employment by the client. Final interviews will take place in August, with the anticipated start in August/September. The role is based in Espoo (Keilaniemi), offering flexible working hours and partial remote work.
As Executive Assistant, you will support the Sustainable Materials platform through structured, high-quality administrative work, acting as the personal assistant to the Executive Vice President of Sustainable Materials. You will also provide operational support to both the platform’s leadership team and NG Nordic’s management in Finland.
To succeed in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, HR, Economics, or a related field and have 2-3 years of relevant working experience. You must have excellent IT skills and strong written and spoken proficiency in both English and Finnish, as English is the official working language at NG Nordic.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the EVP and the Sustainable Materials Leadership Team, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, logistics (venues, agendas), and documentation (minutes and follow-ups)
- Arrange external visits in collaboration with the Communications Department at the Espoo Keilaranta Office
- Serve as the Office Manager for the Espoo Keilaranta Office, overseeing day-to-day operations and facility-related procurement
- Manage practical arrangements for Sustainable Materials Leadership Team meetings, including travel, venues, and summary reports
- Handle internal communication events and support NG Nordic management events and arrangements in Finland
We expect
- A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, HR, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience (e.g., as an executive assistant or coordinator).
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish
- Adaptability, sociability, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
