Our business is growing, and we are now looking for a new Electronics Designer to join us!

What kind of skills are we looking for?

We value a wide range of competencies and a willingness to further develop your skills. Some of the useful skills and interests include:

  • Schematics design, PCB design
  • Mentor PADS, Altium
  • Simulations and Signal Integrity (SI)
  • Production testing, DfM and DfT
  • Design experience on; CPU/MCU systems, RF, FPGA, power electronics, analog electronics.
  • Knowledge on product certification
  • Mechanics and material knowledge
  • Embedded Software

We expect you to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field. The can-do attitude, excellent problem solving and team working skills and willingness to challenge yourself in varying projects are the key factors to success in this Electronics Designer’s role. We wish you share our passion for electronics and can demonstrate that.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Vaasa or Tampere. While English skills are generally sufficient at Wapice, Finnish skills are considered an advantage for this role to the environments of our customers.
