Introduction

 

We are seeking a Digital Portfolio Manager to join our Strategy and Transformation team in Espoo! You will be responsible for ensuring our digital development portfolio is aligned with our digital strategy, continuously evaluating what we develop to ensure we deliver value. In this position, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Transformation. 

 

This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

You will join a team of program and project management professionals who are passionate about driving performance and transparency. We will need your help to be able to shape the future of our digital portfolio, shaping our processes, practices, and tools! We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as the members of the digital organization’s leadership team, business owners, product managers & product Owners.Our team culture is all about getting things done -together. The members of our team are located in Finland and Poland. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Define, document, and implement portfolio strategic & operational governance and processes​​.    

  • Lead the strategic alignment of the portfolio through providing transparency – drive data-driven insights, conduct market analysis, and assess alignment to organizational goals to guide project strategic selection and prioritization.  

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand roadmaps and interdependencies and shape ambitions yet achievable implementation roadmap. 

  • Establish key performance indicators, metrics and dashboards to gauge the success and impact of portfolio initiatives, create transparency in portfolio risk and ensure effective prevention.  

  • Provide visibility to cost performance and availability of resources, both internal and external, and ensure that these are allocated in the optimal way.
