We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Energy spare parts team in Tampere, Finland to support spare parts sales and delivery projects in the EMEA area.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you answer Energy customer inquiries related to daily spare parts and annual shutdown parts. You are responsible for handling small customer orders for daily spare parts and pricing spare parts according to pricing rules and for recording quotes and orders in the ERP system. You network with suppliers and participate in the procurement of own-manufactured and subcontracted parts.
In addition to end customer contacts, cooperation with the EMEA area organization is an essential part of the job description. You will take an active role in supporting Product Sales Manager mainly in Finland. The work involves some degree of independency, but you are also an important part of the team and want to work with both internal and external clients.

In addition, good performance in the position requires the following:

Technical education, minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Fluency in Finnish and English (written and oral), other languages an advantage

Ability to understand technical drawings and documents

Previous work experience in spare parts business and/or knowledge of boilers is an advantage

Customer focus, pressure tolerance and time management
-
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a global matrix organization

IT skills: MS Office & Outlook, ERP and design programs are an advantage
