COUNTRY DIRECTOR – JYSK Finland
Role Overview
In this role, you will lead the Country Management Team, responsible for retail operations, finance, HR, store network development, customer service, and commercial functions in Finland. You will collaborate closely with JYSK’s international teams.
The Country Director is responsible for the full business operations in Finland. The core responsibilities include:

Continuous development of sales and profitability

Ensuring a high-performing and efficient organization

Effective implementation of concepts, processes, and guidelines

Leading annual targets and budget processes

Growing the store network through new openings and optimization of the existing network
What We Expect

At least 10 years of leadership experience in retail or the hospitality sector

Proven P&L responsibility and evidence of successful business development

Experience in leading leaders and building organizations

Hands-on, operational leadership style

Energetic, result‑driven, and commercially strong approach
