Are you interested in financial transformation projects and analytics? We are seeking new consultants to support the growth of Finance Transformation consulting. You will have the opportunity to work on financial transformation initiatives, design financial operating models, system projects, model financial architecture, and engage in Enterprise Performance Management.

We provide our clients with various solutions and strengthen financial functions to genuinely support their business and strategic decision-making. In our work, we prepare business cases and data-driven insights to aid financial leaders in decision-making. The role of a Finance Transformation consultant offers excellent opportunities for continuous development across different areas of finance, enhancing project management skills, and seamless teamwork both at the client interface and internally within Deloitte’s organisation.

Qualifications

You would fit perfectly into our team if you are eager to take responsibility and want to inspire others to achieve goals. We hope you also have:

  • A relevant higher education degree (e.g., MSc or MEng)
  • Development experience in areas such as consulting, business controlling, finance controlling, financial system development, financial development projects
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to find solutions
  • Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
  • Knowledge of financial management systems (SAP / SAP 4/HANA is an advantage)
