We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to play a crucial role in building and implementing global compensation framework at Alma. You have unique opportunity to develop and implement our compensation framework and processes to bring us to the next level.
In this role you are responsible for
- Developing, implementing, and administering global compensation processes, and practices through Workday.
- Developing, communicating, and training of Alma’s Hay job architecture framework.
- Alma’s global base pay administration processes and coordination of annual increase process.
- Implementing and maintaining of salary bands.
- Ownership of global performance management processes.
- Planning and administering short-term incentive plans.
- Developing our sales bonus and provision models.
- Maintaining and developing of our benefits portfolio.
- Providing training and guidance on compensation topics to managers and employees.
- Reporting of pay related topics.
- Monitoring trends and best practices affecting pay and benefits.
As an ideal candidate for the position, you have:
- Several years of experience in the field of rewarding, preferably in the lead role.
- Professional knowledge of Hay (or equivalent) job classification framework.
- Experience in making salary analysis and defining salary ranges.
- Experience in building and implementing global processes.
- Preferably you have working experience in Workday.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both in Finnish and English.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Operational experience running benefits plan
- Data driven mindset and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively until the end.
