Star Arctic Hotel is a unique, family-owned hotel located in Saariselkä, Finland. Our hotel is located at the top of Kaunispää Fell, offering breathtaking views of the Arctic landscape. Our hotel resort features 69 rooms in various categories and, during the peak season, is brought to life by a dedicated team of up to 70 professionals. The majority of our guests are families from the UK, seeking a magical winter holiday experience in Lapland. Your role will be key in making their stay truly unforgettable.
Located just a short distance from the hotel, the Wilderness Centre is the heart of outdoor experiences at Star Arctic Hotel. Surrounded by the untouched beauty of Lapland’s nature, this is where unforgettable Arctic adventures begin.
In this role, your focus will be on operations at the Wilderness Centre, and it requires an active and hands-on approach to working outdoors in all weather conditions. With us, work doesn’t stop for wind or snow – a positive attitude and the ability to perform remain strong despite the weather.
What we expect from you:
- An energetic and dedicated team player with a natural ability to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere – especially when working with children.
