Responsibilities / Tasks

This role encompasses a wide range of tasks related to driving new equipment sales within the food application industry. You will oversee the entire sales process, from developing the market to building strong customer relationships, while also maintaining CRM accounts and managing commercial and managing negotiations. Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales offices, and colleagues in the FHT (Food & Healthcare Technologies) division.

Your Profile / Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have direct experience and/or a strong professional understanding of the food application industry. They should exhibit an outgoing, honest, and straightforward personality, skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the organization, both locally and internationally. Moreover, they should demonstrate an ability to navigate diverse environments and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in your area of responsibility.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have a proven sales track record of selling capital goods.
  • Possess a strong external sales-oriented personality with team-player skills.
  • Preferably hold a professional education as an Engineer or similar with solid sales experience.
  • Have good IT skills and experience working with and in a CRM system.
  • Speak and write Finnish and English fluently.
