Own the market positioning and growth agenda of a leading Nordic AI and engineering company
Twoday is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to sharpen our market positioning, strengthen brand preference, and drive a measurable contribution from marketing to growth. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for how Twoday defines, positions, and takes its proposition to market across the Nordics.
With a centralized MarCom team, you will turn Twoday’s AI- and engineering-led capabilities into clear, differentiated market propositions – supporting both enterprise and public-sector growth.
Your impact
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, your success will be defined by your ability to:
– Create a coherent and differentiated market proposition across Twoday’s capabilities
– Build stronger brand preference in prioritized industries
– Drive a clear contribution from marketing to qualified pipeline and revenue
– Ensure a consistent narrative across countries, services, partners, and channels
Key responsibilities
– Own Twoday’s market proposition: Define and evolve clear, commercially effective service lines and offers across AI, data, cloud, engineering, and business applications.
– Shape industry positioning: Partner with business leaders to develop sharper industry value propositions, narratives, and solution packaging.
– Lead brand and corporate narrative: Own Twoday’s external positioning and ensure a consistent story across markets, channels, and leadership communications.
– Drive demand generation and revenue contribution: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports growth across markets.
– Strengthen partner and ecosystem marketing: Build Twoday’s joint market presence with strategic partners such as Databricks, Microsoft, and Snowflake.
– Lead digital, content, and MarTech: Own the website and digital ecosystem, build a strong content and thought-leadership engine, and strengthen data- and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
– Lead the marketing function: Build and develop a high-performing centralized MarCom team.
What you bring
– Proven experience driving growth and market relevance in technology services, consulting, software, or digital transformation environments
– Senior marketing leadership experience with executive stakeholder management
– Ability to shape commercial propositions, not just campaigns
– Strong competence within digital marketing, MarTech, and data-driven decision-making
– Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
– Fluency in English; a Nordic language is a plus
Most importantly, you can translate complex technical capabilities into clear market positions, compelling stories, and measurable commercial outcomes.
Location
The role can be based anywhere in the Nordics, with a preference for Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Oslo, where Twoday has its main office hubs.
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth agenda and market positioning of a scaled, PE-backed Nordic engineering company with deep technical credibility and strong partner relevance. You will influence not only how Twoday is communicated – but how it defines and takes its value to market.
Diversity & Inclusion
Do you feel that you do not meet every requirement? Studies show that women and other underrepresented groups are less likely to apply if they do not match every criterion. At Twoday, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace and encourage you to apply if this role appeals to you – even if your experience does not fully match the job description.
