Head of Service Delivery for BeeHealthy

As Head of Service Delivery, you will strategically lead and grow BeeHealthy’s service delivery organization, shaping its long-term vision, technical capabilities, and operational excellence. You will foster a culture of ownership and customer focus, partner with product and tech teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability, and represent service delivery to key customers and across the company.
Must-have skills:
- Experience in senior roles within Service Delivery, Operations, or Customer Success in SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing, customer-centric teams.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and their application.
- Proven track record of defining and executing service strategies, organizational design, and career development paths.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make tough, company-wide service decisions and set clear priorities.
- Proficiency in defining and implementing tooling, automation, and technology strategies for service delivery.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales)
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit readiness, especially in regulated industries like healthcare.
- Excellent English communication skills (Finnish is a plus).
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a global or multi-national service delivery context.
- Direct experience with healthcare IT systems or platforms.
- Strong background in data-driven decision making and service analytics.
