What you will do

Participate in the graduate program, which includes 3–4 rotations (one abroad), gaining insight into UPM processes and building a strong company network across at least two different businesses

Update and communicate price forecasts

Maintain and develop electricity market models and related processes

Prepare and present electricity market analyses, providing valuable input for decision-making in production and consumption optimization, hedging, and trading activities
Who you are
-
You have a university degree in engineering, math, physics or economics
-
You have some experience from a relevant field, for example from electricity markets, energy commodity markets, data analysis, mathematical modelling or optimisation

You have experience in data analysis (Python, SQL), fundamental simulation software (Plexos), and visualization platforms (Power BI). This experience is considered an asset but not a hard requirement
