We are seeking a Finance Manager who combines operational expertise with process-driven thinking. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day finance activities, collaborate with our outsourced finance vendor, and develop robust financial processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Manage relationships with outsourced finance vendors and monitor their performance.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve finance processes and controls.

Prepare management reports, cash flow analysis, and budgets.

Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.

Coordinate with other departments to streamline operational finance processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.

5+ years of experience in finance management, with strong operational exposure.

Hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and vendor management.

Proven ability to design and implement finance processes and controls.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
