Job Description
We are seeking a Process Implementation Specialist to join our Finance Transformation organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your project management skills and act as a crucial link between business end-users, global process owners, and IT. You will work in a project team in the finance area in global SAP implementation projects and ensure smooth process updates and changes.
The position is hybrid-remote and based in Hyvinkää and Espoo, Finland. Especially at the beginning of new projects or during test phases, occasional traveling may be required.
Your key responsibilities
Konecranes is currently undergoing a transformation to SAP S/4. As Process Implementation Specialist, you’ll support the S/4 project in areas such as testing, training, and updating the end-user knowledge database. SAP implementations will continue after the S/4 implementation, along with the introduction of new and exciting process opportunities that S/4 will bring us.
- Gather, clarify and document requirements from business to IT.
- Find, test, and document solutions.
- Support and train end-users, create user instructions.
- Drive finance development projects as specified by global process owners.
Qualifications
What should you bring?
- Relevant academic degree in economics (accounting).
- At least a few years of experience in different areas of accounting or finance process development. Working in a project environment is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills e.g. Finnish are an advantage.
- Experience with SAP (especially FI), Power BI, and Jira is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and a proactive approach to improving processes.
