Take charge of our Automotive Lubricants & Car Care line, expand business and lead operations in the Nordics and Baltics.
We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Line Director to take full responsibility for our growing and international Automotive Lubricants and Car Care Business line. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability, covering operations in the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will shape the strategic direction, drive growth and profitability, and lead the organization to the next level.
In this role, you will lead and inspire high-performing sales teams and build long-term relationships with B2B customers and manage partnership with Castrol, one of our well-known principals. Your location can be either in Sweden or Finland. In this position you will report to Vice President of Lubricants.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in leading a business line or comparable responsibility with P&L ownership.
- Brings strong strategic vision, business expertise, and a track record of driving profitable growth.
- Possesses excellent change management and transformation skills, with the ability to inspire teams through change.
- Has demonstrated success in international leadership, preferably within automotive lubricants, chemicals or related industrial sector.
- Is self-driven, development-oriented, and eager to innovate new business opportunities.
- Understands the business’s distribution channels, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Can develop both new customer relationships and private label business.
- Excels at building strategic partnerships and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the business line across Nordics and Baltics with full P&L accountability.
- Developing and executing the strategy for Automotive Lubricants and Car Care Chemicals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Leading, developing, recruiting and motivating international teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Building and strengthening strategic partnerships with principals and customers.
- Identifying new market opportunities, driving transformation, and improving sales processes and tools.
- Monitoring market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities to ensure competitive edge.
