Your Role at Kredinor

Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.

Developing and managing your own sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing.

Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts with a long-term, value-driven approach.

Identifying new opportunities within existing client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling.

Taking ownership of client profitability and ensuring revenue aligns with business cases.

Leading customer meetings with insightful questions that uncover needs and open doors to new solutions.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Representing Kredinor with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customer-first mindset.

What You Bring

Proven experience in selling to the B2B segment. This is a must.

A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to new business development.

Strong skills in solution and value-based selling.

Confidence in cold calling and initiating meaningful conversations.

A consistently polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.

At Kredinor, you’ll join a team with deep expertise in credit management, and we’re committed to supporting your professional growth. We require strong verbal and written proficiency in Finnish, along with fluent English skills. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage, but are not mandatory.

The salary for the role will be determined based on your skills and experience, and agreed together. In addition to a fixed monthly salary, the role includes a sales commission model.
Your base office can be located either in Vallila, Helsinki or Hansakortteli, Turku. While we offer flexibility with remote work, we also value in-person collaboration and hope you’re curious to get to know us by spending time at the office. We expect you to be open to travel, as your sales area covers all of Finland and occasionally other Nordic countries
We require the selected candidate to have a clean credit history, which will be checked before signing the employment contract.
