Your role
You’ll be a key part of our HR team, surrounded by supportive colleagues and engaging assignments, and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization – which keeps things interesting!
Your tasks will include:

Recruitment
Own and manage recruitment processes from start to finish, with support from the team. -
Onboarding and offboarding
Ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees. -
Coordination of traineeships and tutoring activities
Ensure that our traineeships and firm-wide tutoring activities run smoothly. -
Coordination of student organization collaboration
Together with other team members, plan and execute events, coordinate sponsorships, and explore new ways to work with student organizations. -
HR legal compliance
Assist in maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and practices such that they align with relevant employment laws. -
Administrative tasks
From collecting data from HR systems to coordinating vacation schedules – no two weeks are the same.
Who we’re looking for
You may be the person we are looking for if:

You are a graduate from a relevant program, e.g. HR focused degree in University or University of applied sciences

You have at least a few years of work experience in HR functions, preferably in the professional services industry

You demonstrate true enthusiasm for people matters
-
You are familiar with the fundamentals of HR law and eager to learn more
-
You are interested in the legal field and understand the professional services industry
-
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
-
You are diligent and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Meeting deadlines comes naturally for you.

You enjoy working with others and have excellent cooperation skills

You have a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

You stay calm during occasional busy periods – and remember, our team has your back!
