What you will do

As a Legal Technology Trainee, your role will be actively involved in delivering impactful solutions to our clients and substance experts. Your responsibilities are diverse and engaging, including:

  • Assist team members with research, project tracking, documentation, proposals, demos and sales materials.
  • Lead and support legal-tech / AI projects (automation, agents, workflow improvements).
  • Roll out new tools into everyday legal work.
  • Run training sessions and provide on-the-spot user help.
  • Maintain best-practice guides and manuals to keep knowledge up to date

An ideal candidate would have:

  • Keen interest in legal tech and digitalising the legal industry.
  • Eager to build solutions for daily legal work.
  • Solid grasp of contract and transaction fundamentals.
  • Sharp logic, initiative and attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented, proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish an asset.
  • Programming know-how is a plus, not required.
